Wow..just wow..

The police women was talking to her girlfriend with the phone on speaker in her lap.
She then fails to notice the motorcycle and crashes into him and sends him on his way to an early grave.
The court states "there was no sufficient evidence to charge her with causing death by careless driving"
Whaaat? look a the picture, she killed an innocent man for god's sake... [smilie=bs_quesexclaim.gif]
Not the first time a biker suffers the injustice of the system...
It seems our lives are not worth as much as everyone elses...

I can only imagine what the family must go through, my thought to them.

Say no more.
Wear a badge, lie through your teeth and someone will fall for it. Pity it's the judiciary. Oh, and make sure you smile for the camera.
My sympathy goes to the family.

And the police wonder why respect has dropped to an all time low. Granted that the judiciary is to blame this time but for sure if it was a member of the public driving they would be in jail straight away.

She has resigned from the force. Even if she had remained the most they could do to discipline her is sack her. A note has been placed on her record indicating why she resigned in case she tries to enlist again. This is according to this mornings paper.
