Have been looking for cool photos of the K1200 K1300 R but have not found many. Thought to start this thread for all K1200R and K1300R riders to show off their beast. Atribute buying one to this forum so thought to give something back. I start with mine.

Hey mate, great looking bike! What area do you ride in? Please tell me what is the make of your tank protection? I use smaller Wunderlich strips, but yours look more practical

Hi I live in Melbourne and usually ride around the twisty parts. I have attached the link to the website from where I bought the tank protector. It is actually a carbon fibre cover and really enhances the look of the bike.

Mike that is beautiful. There is something mesmerizing about the Lava Orange Colour. It is a beauty. Now what hand protectors are you using, are these the GS ones? Have been looking for some but nothing quite fits and suits the lines of the bike.

heres a biger pic of the screen with tomtom in,i put some lock tight on the screws that hold the tomtom to the ram mount ball and some of the lock tight has run onto the plastic and nackered it so i have had to buy a new one

Hi Guys,
just new to the forum as I have just recently acquired a 2005 K1200R. Looking forward to making this beautiful girl all mine with some nice cosmetic changes, in the form of graphite items and yellow belly pan. It would appear for some reason that I have K1200S yoke and would love it if someone could advise where I could get hold of the correct one. Anyhow here's some pics as she stands at the moment.... LUV the bike having come from Kawasaki GTR1400....... Just put Pilot 3's front and back and replaced the rear disc.

Mods in the queue are:

Carbon Fibre tail, ( to go with the carbon fibre Remus).
Carbon Fibre Hugger,
Carbon Fibre Clutch Cover,
Carbon Fibre Side Vent Covers,
Carbon Fibre Battery Cover,
Yellow Belly Pan,
Maybe a Yellow pinstripe around the rims... not sure.
Top Yoke
Slim Line Mirrors
Triton 2 Tail Lights.
